Turnaround and Delivery Timeframes from Wedding Paper Divas

When you place your order with Wedding Paper Divas, you will be given our estimated delivery window, but please read below to see how we calculate that window and what things may cause that window to vary.

Non-Rush Order Turnaround Timeframe
Because we control the entire shopping, printing and fulfillment process, we are able to offer very fast and predictable turnaround times on all orders. Since all orders receive a complimentary proof of every invitation and card, we guarantee that you will receive your electronic proof via email (in addition to a phone call reminder) within 3 business days from the time you place your order. As a reminder, our professional designers touch every single card, so it's not the automated process you may be expecting from other online retailers. If you select the Rush Order option, please see below.

Once we receive your proof approval via email or phone, for products in our Signature Collection, we guarantee that your order will ship in 3 business days. It takes two business days to print and the order ships on the third business day from our beautiful Northern California Bay Area printing facility. For products in our Letterpress Collection, the order will ship in 4 business days upon your proof approval from our printing partner William Arthur print facility.

All pre-ship envelope orders will be shipped the next business day based on the order date calculation below.

*All orders and proof approvals received before 3:00 pm PST are considered orders and approvals for the current day. Thus an order received at 2:59 pm on Friday is considered a Friday order and 4 business days would be calculated to be Wednesday of the following week. An order received at 3:01 pm PST is considered a Monday order and thus, 4 business days would be calculated to be Thursday of that week.

Rush Order Turnaround Timeframe
Rush orders are treated with urgency on all fronts, but we still take the same care from a design and production standpoint. Thus, all Rush Order customers will receive their complimentary electronic proof within 2 business days.

Once we receive your proof approval, for products in our Signature Collection, we guarantee that your order will ship within 2 business days. For products in our Letterpress Collection, the order will ship within 4 business days upon your proof approval.

Non-Expedited Delivery Timeframe and Tracking Numbers
For orders on our Signature Collection products:
All domestic and Canadian shipments are shipped via UPS. Standard, non-expedited shipments are shipped via Ground Service and delivery times are calculated based on a Northern California Bay Area shipping origin. Thus you can calculate the typical delivery from when your order ships using the UPS transit time map below. When planning your order, be sure to take into account unforeseen UPS delays and weather-related delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing the UPS tracking number so that you can track the progress of your shipment and your expected delivery date to make proper arrangements.

For orders on our Letterpress Collection products:
All domestic and Canadian shipments are shipped via Federal Express. Standard, non-expedited shipments are shipped via Ground Service and delivery times are calculated based on a Maine shipping origin. When planning your order, be sure to take into account unforeseen Federal Express delays and weather-related delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing the Federal Express tracking number so that you can track the progress of your shipment and your expected delivery date to make proper arrangements.

Expedited Delivery Timeframe and Tracking Numbers
For orders on our Signature Collection products:
All expedited domestic shipments are shipped via UPS. You always have the option to upgrade your shipping to any UPS expedited delivery service available in your region - 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next day Air. With any of the expedited options, you will receive your package in the stated delivery service timeframe from the day it ships barring any unforeseen UPS delays.

For orders on our Letterpress Collection products:
All expedited domestic shipments are shipped via Federal Express. You always have the option to upgrade your shipping to any FedEx expedited delivery service available in your region - 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next day Air. With any of the expedited options, you will receive your package in the stated delivery service timeframe from the day it ships barring any unforeseen Federal Express delays.

International and Special Delivery Addresses:
International and special delivery addresses (e.g., APO) are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. You will have the option to choose the level of service available in your region. For customers that have the option for Worldwide Express Delivery, you will receive your order within 2-3 business days in most all cases. For Worldwide Expedited Delivery, you will receive your order within 5-6 business days in most all cases as well.

Once your international order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number so that you can track the progress of your shipment and your expected delivery date to make proper arrangements.

*Please note that Wedding Paper Divas is not responsible for any international customs and duties that may be imposed on orders shipped to different countries. Our experience is that most countries do not impose any special taxes on paper and stationery items, but to be certain, please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations.
